New retail leases signed at Indio Towne Center

Indio, Calif. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said Tuesday that it has leased retail space in Indio, Calif., to two new merchants at Indio Towne Center.

Champion Tae Kwon Do, a martial arts studio, has leased 1,210 sq. ft., and Shear Image Beauty and Barber Shop has leased 1,301 sq. ft.

The 391,702-sq.-ft. Indio Towne Center is anchored by a WinCo Foods and Home Depot, plus Petco, 24 Hour Fitness, Panda Express, Subway, CVS/pharmacy and Taco Bell.
