New retail commits to mixed-use project The Peloton

Boulder, Colo. A new luxury condominium community in Boulder, Colo., is seeing its share of retail commitments.

Pizzeria Basta will open a restaurant this winter, joining Pilates Junction and Gindi Cafe.

Pilates Junction joined The Peloton in late April, becoming the first tenant of the plaza, followed shortly by Gindi Cafe.

"As new tenants have joined The Peloton's retail community, we've noticed an ongoing trend," said Peter Cushman, senior VP development at The Peloton. "All of these places share a commitment to quality, an appreciation for the local area, and a thoughtful approach to business.
