New retail and restaurant leases signed at Cameron Village
Raleigh, N.C. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said Wednesday that three new merchants have inked leases at the company’s Cameron Village shopping center, in Raleigh, N.C.
Priscilla of Boston has leased 12,424 sq. ft. for a premier bridal salon and the retailer’s first store location in the Carolinas. The store is slated to open in mid-summer
Cantina 18 has also leased space at Cameron Village for a 3,307-sq.-ft. casual dining restaurant. And Light Years Jewelry has leased 2,074 sq. ft. of space.
Cameron Village is a 629,306-sq.-ft. specialty and lifestyle center anchored by Harris Teeter, The Fresh Market, Eckerd Drugs, Talbot’s and Pier 1 Imports, along with a wide variety of local retailers, restaurants, professional and service businesses.
Regency owns and operates 15 shopping centers in North Carolina, including 11 centers totaling nearly 1.7 million sq. ft. in Raleigh.
