Louisville, Ky. -- A new off-price outlet concept that opened its first store in November 2014 is expanding.
Retail4LESS announced the opening of two new locations in Kentucky — one in Madisonville, and the second in Franklin — with both due to open in the late fall.
The opening of the two new stores will mark the first new stores for the off-price retailer since the launch of its inaugural location last year, in its home base of Louisville.
Retail4LESS features apparel and shoes for the family, as well as departments for bed & bath, housewares, luggage, toys, seasonal, and other items for the home. With a mix of overstocks, clearance, discontinued and end-of season merchandise, Retail4Less says its prices are as much as 70% less than the retail price of department stores.
"People always want good value, and that's something we know we can give them," said Glen Gammons, a 40 year veteran of J.C. Penney and now executive VP of merchandise for Retail4LESS. "A good in-store experience, and value that doesn't compromise quality will keep shoppers coming back for more."
