New-to-market retailers to open at Falcon Ridge Town Center

Fontana, Calif. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased retail and restaurant space in Fontana, Calif. to two new merchants at Falcon Ridge Town Center.

EXS Home Furnishings is opening its first location in 28,000 sq. ft. and is slated to open for business in June. The new store will replace the former Linens ’n Things space, which has been vacant since May 2008.

China One restaurant has leased 1,336 sq. ft. and is slated to open in May. The Falcon Ridge Town Center store will be the group’s first venture in California. The company currently operates two restaurants in Las Vegas.

The 299,474-sq.-ft. Falcon Ridge Town Center is anchored by Target, Sports Authority, Stater Bros., Ross Dress for Less, and Party City.
