New leases signed at Temple Mall

Addison, Texas Coyote Management, L.P. said Friday it has signed two leases totaling over 20,000 sq. ft. for Temple Mall, located in Temple, Texas.

Fashion retailer L’Patricia, headquartered in Grand Prairie, Texas, will open an 18,000-sq.-ft. store in the former Steve & Barry’s location this May. L’Patricia currently operates 20 stores throughout Texas.

In addition, Temple Mall opened VIP Nail & Spa at the end of March in a 2,100-sq.-ft. space.

Temple Mall is a 555,400-sq.-ft. regional mall anchored by Dillard’s, Macy’s and J.C. Penney, and also tenanted by a 16-screen Premiere Cinema and 50 specialty shops and restaurants.
