• PPCTS has leased 4,680 sq. ft. of space in Pewaukee from Kroeger Properties.


• NAI MLG represented an undisclosed seller in the sale of a 57,636-sq.-ft. property in Milwaukee.


• Pinstripe leased a 59,861 sq. ft. property in Brookfield from 200 S. Executive. NAI MLG represented Pinstripe.


• Strong Weight Loss has leased a 2,253 sq. ft. property in Brookfield from SB1 Pleasant Prairie WI LLC. NAI MLG represented SB1 Pleasant Prairie.


• Ubert Investments LLC has leased a 6,440 sq. ft. property in Brown Deer from Kornit Digital North America.


• Pharmacy Corporation of America has leased a 3,750-sq.-ft. space in Milwaukee from Hackbarth LLC. NAI MLG represented Hackbarth in the transaction.
