In-N-Out Burger to open at West 7th
Fort Worth, Texas Dallas-based Cypress Equities said Monday that burger chain In-N-Out Burger has signed a lease to open at the West 7th development in Fort Worth, Texas.
The new quick-serve restaurant is slated to open mid 2011, and will be In-N-Out’s fifth state, joining California, Arizona, Nevada and Utah.
Carl Van Fleet, VP real estate & development said, “When searching for the ideal site for In-N-Out Burger, we do our due diligence to find primary corridors of activity and vibrancy. West 7th fits that requirement nicely.”
West 7th is a mixed-use, pedestrian-friendly community on 13 acres near Fort Worth’s business and cultural districts, and offers retail, entertainment, office and residential. Its retail and office components are being developed by a Cypress Equities company and the residential component by Columbus Realty Partners.
