Myers Park area shopping centers secure new tenants

Charlotte, N.C. Charlotte, N.C.-based Crosland said that three Myers Park, N.C., shopping centers have attracted a lineup of new tenants.

Art retailer Fabo, wine-and-chocolate shop Petit Philippe and Tranquil Family Dentistry are opening at Tranquil Court on Selwyn. Fabo is opening a 1,732-sq.-ft. store in October, Petit Philippe will open a 1,519-sq.-ft shop in latter November, and Tranquil Family Dentistry will open a 3,520-sq.-ft. facility in early 2011.

Clean Catch Fish Market and Salon P recently opened at Tranquil Court on Selwyn, and Mellow Mushroom is slated to open in September.

Joining the Colony Shops shopping center are MostlyChocolate.com (3,406 sq. ft.), which opened earlier in September, and The New York Butcher Shoppe (1,522 sq. ft.), which is slated to open late fall.

Home furnishings and accessories retailer Decade (1,132 sq. ft.) will open at The Villa shopping center in October.
