Multnomah County inks lease for public library at Cherry Park Market

Troutdale, Ore. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said Tuesday it has leased retail space to Multnomah County’s newest public library branch location at Cherry Park Market in Troutdale, Ore.

The library system will open its 6,000-sq.-ft. facility in May 2010.

The 113,515-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by Safeway supermarket alongside Dollar Tree and Subway.
