Mt. Fuji leases restaurant space at Highland Village

Highland Village, Texas Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased restaurant space in Highland Village, Texas, at the Shops at Highland Village to Mt. Fuji.

Specializing in authentic Japanese table-side hibachi and cuisine, Mt. Fuji has leased 6,475 sq. ft. of restaurant space next to AMC Highland Village 12 and is slated to open for business in the second quarter.

The 351,631-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by AMC Highland Village 12 and Barnes & Noble.
