Mother’s Market to open Costa Mesa flagship

Irvine, Calif. Voit Real Estate Services said Friday it has transacted a 10-year lease on a 25,000-sq.-ft. building for the expansion of the Costa Mesa, Calif., location of Mother’s Market & Kitchen, a health food market and lifestyle retailer with six locations throughout Orange County.

The new flagship location is a former Border’s Books space. It is slated to open late spring.
