Mor Furniture For Less takes over former Wickes building

Murrieta, Calif. Retail brokerage firm Wilson Commercial Real Estate, along with Lee & Associates, have completed a 38,000-sq.-ft., five-year lease valued at over $2 million with Mor Furniture For Less at a freestanding retail building within Home Center Murrieta, in Murrieta, Calif.

Mor Furniture currently has 15 furniture showrooms and 10 warehouses.

Home Center Murrieta is a 235,000-sq.-ft. home decor center on 22 acres. Other tenants include Linder’s, Easy Life Furniture, Sit ’n Sleep and Plumbers.
