Mixed-use project earns award

Hollywood, Calif. 7950 West Sunset, a mixed-use retail and residential development on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, Calif., won top design honors at this year’s Gold Nugget Awards, presented in San Francisco by the Pacific Coast Builders Conference.

Developed, owned and managed by Legacy Partners, 7950 West Sunset was completed in October 2008 and features residential over retail.
