Miracle Mile Shops customers, meet Jules

Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas is using artificial intelligence to help visitors navigate their way through the center.

Satisfi Labs and Miracle Mile Shops have developed Jules, a chatbot with a witty personality that converses with guests in real-time on their smartphones, via Facebook Messenger. Jules is available 24/7 to address a variety of inquiries pertaining to the 475,000-sq.-ft., 1.2-mile long mall’s stores, restaurants, entertainment venues, and more.

Jules is location-based and able to provide specific feedback to users’ questions – such as parking and security, suggestions of where to shop for certain items, food and beverage options nearby, and information for upcoming events or shows – based on where they are in the center.
