Mid-America signs restaurants to three Chicago retail centers

Oakbrook Terrace, Ill. Mid-America Asset Management announced that it has leased space to three restaurants in Chicago’s western suburbs, all slated to open in May or June.

Billy’s Roadhouse has leased 6,689 sq. ft. of space in Main Street Plaza in St. Charles, Ill., with plans to open May 1. Main Street Plaza is anchored by Borders, Stein Mart, Office Depot and Cost Plus World Market.

Boston Market renewed its lease for 4,500 sq. ft. at Meridian Retail Center in Aurora, Ill. The privately owned restaurant chain based in Golden, Colo., currently operates about 530 restaurants in 28 states.

Chipotle Mexican Grill has leased 4,000 sq. ft. at Finley Square in Downers Grove, Ill., with plans to open June 1. The 310,943-sq.-ft. regional mall is anchored by Bed Bath & Beyond, buybuy BABY, PetSmart, Office Max, Grant’s Appliances Electronics & More, and K & G Fashion Superstore.

Mid-America is the exclusive leasing representative for all three retail centers.
