Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan arranges new leases

Bloomfield, Mich. — Adam Goodman, VP of Mid-America Real-Estate-Michigan, announced the following leases:



Eastpointe & Detroit, Michigan. – Gabe Schuchman and Adam Goodman of Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan signed four leases on behalf of the landlord, Curis Enterprises. Three leases were signed at 9 Mile Road and Gratiot Avenue in Eastbrooke Commons Shopping Center in Eastpointe, Michigan.



The leases are as follows; 3,280-sq.-ft. with Dental Dreams, 1,576-sq.-ft. with Prada Menswear & Tailoring and 1,576-sq.-ft. with Wingstop. These new tenants will join; Petco, Fitness 19, Play it Again Sports, Salvatore Scallopini and Five Guys Burgers and Fries in this now fully leased center.



Also, a 2,000-sq.-ft. lease was signed with Cricket Wireless in Riverbend Plaza on Jefferson Avenue in Detroit, Michigan. Riverbend Plaza is a grocery-anchored center situated on the city’s eastside in a growing commercial corridor.



Bloomfield Hills, MI. – The Joint signed a lease for 1,365-sq.-ft. at Village Knoll. The Kroger anchored center is located at the northeast corner of Lahser and Maple Roads in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Other tenants in the center include; Kroger, Starbuck’s, Breadsmith and Little Caesar’s Pizza. Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan, Inc. Adam Goodman and Principal Tony Schmitt represented the landlord in this transaction.



Rochester Hills, Michigan. – The Barre Code signed a lease for 1,920-sq.-ft. at Walton Shoppes located at the northeast quadrant of Walton Boulevard and Livernois Road in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Walton Shoppes is a new retail development located in a very active intersection. Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan, Inc. Goodman and principal Cynthia Kratchman represented the landlord, AF Jonna and the tenant, The Barre Code in this transaction.
