Mid-America Real Estate arranges five leases totaling over 23,000 sq. ft.

Minneapolis -- Mid-America Real Estate announced five new retail leases recently signed on behalf of retailers. Mid-America Tenant Representation team represented the tenants in the following transactions, listed below in order of transaction size.



St. Louis Park, Minnesota (Hennepin County) – J. Crew Factory signed a 6,500 sq. ft. lease at Shoppes at Knollwood located in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. The 456,554-sq.-ft. center is anchored by Kohl’s and Nordstrom Rack.



Baxter, Minnesota (Crow Wing County) – Mattress Firm signed a lease for 5,600 sq. ft. at 14242 Dellwood Drive in Baxter, Minnesota, with an expected opening fall 2017. The 6,000-sq.-ft. center is located across the street from Gander Mountain.



Edina, Minnesota (Hennepin County) – Giordano’s signed a lease for 4,764 sq. ft. at Southdale Square located in Edina, Minnesota. The building is adjacent to Southdale Shopping Center.



Eden Prairie, Minnesota (Hennepin County) – AT&T signed a lease for 4,133 sq. ft. at 590 Prairie Center Drive located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The building is adjacent to Eden Prairie Center.



St. Louis Park, Minnesota (Hennepin County) – Pinot’s Palette signed a lease for 2,434 sq. ft. at Excelsior Grand located in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. The center is anchored by Starbucks, Trader Joe’s and CVS Pharmacy.
