Metro Commercial inks Dollar Tree deals in N.J. and Pa.

Conshohocken, Pa. Metro Commercial said Friday it has brokered 11 leases totaling over 120,000 sq. ft. in Southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey for Dollar Tree.

The 11 new deals are located throughout the region, with four in New Jersey and seven in Pennsylvania.
