Metro Commercial inks 7 Lumber Liquidator deals

Mount Laurel, N.J. -- As part of its exclusive national representation of Lumber Liquidators, Metro Commercial announced that it has brokered seven leases totaling nearly 46,000 sq. ft.



In Georgia, an 8,468-sq.-ft. store in Kennesaw Landing and a 6,000-sq.-ft. store in Newnan opened in July. A 10,151-sq.-ft. store in West Allis, Wis., recently opened, as did a 5,200-sq.-ft. store at Palmetto Palms Business Park in Miami. A second Florida location opened in St. Petersburg earlier this year.



In Pennsylvania, a 4,321-sq.-ft. store in Chambersburg is scheduled to open in September. In New York, a 5,820-sq.-ft. store will open at Johnson City Town Center in Johnson City in September.
