Metro Commercial inks 5 new leases in Allentown’s Airport Center

Allentown, Pa. Metro Commercial said Monday it has brokered five leases totaling more than 22,000 sq. ft. for Airport Center, located in Allentown, Pa.

Opening this summer at the 509,000-sq.-ft. center are Game Stop, Five Below, Roma Ristorante, Namu Jewelery and Performance Bike.

The center is anchored by Target and Sam’s Club, and also tenanted by A.C. Moore; Christmas Tree Shops; Ross Dress for Less; Golf Galaxy; Sleepy’s; Ulta; and Famous Footwear; and eating establishments Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Zoup!, and On the Border.

The property is owned by Pineville Properties, based in Valley Forge, Pa.
