Metro Commercial announces lease transactions

Mantua, N.J. Metro Commercial announced it has wrapped up lease transactions for Mantua Square, a 350,000-sq.-ft. shopping center in Mantua, N.J.

The center, which opened in September 2008, is anchored by Target, Lowe’s and PetSmart.

Metro Commercial executed lease transactions for Great Clips, Tulip Nails and Steak Out, which are among the latest retailers to join the shopping center in the township of Mantua in Gloucester County.
