McShane Construction awarded parking deck project at Randhurst Village

Rosemont, Ill. -- McShane Construction Co. said Tuesday it has been awarded a three-story, 586-space parking structure project on behalf of developer Casto Lifestyle Properties.



The new construction assignment is located at Randhurst Village in Mount Prospect, Ill., a 100-acre, mixed-use redevelopment project of the former Randhurst Mall that will feature retail, dining, entertainment and hospitality components.



The exterior of the garage will utilize a combination of precast concrete and architectural screen materials to blend seamlessly with the new state-of-the-art, 14-screen AMC cinema. The design will be highlighted by two glass elevators enclosed in a single glass tower element, providing garage users with convenient access to the mixed-use facilities. In addition to serving the adjacent theater attendees, this parking facility will also support visitors throughout the entire Randhurst Village development.



Additionally, McShane Construction is completing a 120-room Hampton Inn & Suites at the Randhurst Village, also on behalf of master developer, Casto Lifestyle Properties.
