McGrath Hardware will relocate to The Hills Village Center

Bedminster, N.J. McGrath’s Hardware will occupy 3,147 sq. ft. of space at The Hills Village Center, in Bedminster, N.J., said leasing and managing agent Levin Management Corp.

The DIY retailer will relocate an existing store nearby to the 109,800-sq.-ft. shopping center.

The Hills is anchored by Kings supermarket and CVS/pharmacy, and features Pedigree Pet Supplies, Big East Wireless and Somerset Valley Urgent Care.

Formerly known as The Village at Bedminster, The Hills Village Center was constructed as the retail segment of an upscale 5,200-home planned unit development.
