Mattress Firm executes five leasing deals

Memphis, Tenn. The Shopping Center Group said Monday that its Memphis office has represented Houston-based Mattress Firm in five new deals in Memphis and surrounding communities.

Totaling almost 20,000 sq. ft., the new locations include a 4,200-sq.-ft. location at Centennial Commons in southeast Memphis, which is slated to open in August; a 3,750-sq.-ft. store at Ridgeway Trace in east Memphis, which is set to open in November; a 3,880-sq.-ft. store at Poplar Plaza also in east Memphis, which opened in March; a 3,600-sq.-ft. store at Pointe Centre in Cordova, Tenn., which opened in March; and a 3,400-sq.-ft. store at The Shops of Forrest Hill in Germantown, Tenn., which opened in January.
