Marrone’s Italian Restaurant and Bar to open at Indio Towne Center

Indio, Calif. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased restaurant space at Indio Towne Center to Marrone’s Italian Restaurant and Bar.

The full-service restaurant has leased 3,700 sq. ft. and is slated to open for business in October.

The 388,887-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by Home Depot and WinCo Foods alongside Petco, 24 Hour Fitness, Panda Express, Subway, CVS/pharmacy, Taco Bell, McDonald’s and KFC.
