Marcus & Millichap names regional director

Calabasas, Calif. -- Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has named Paul Loubet as western region director of the national retail group.



Based in the firm’s Newport Beach, Calif., office, Loubet will direct more than 100 investment sales professionals operating from more than 25 offices comprising Marcus & Millichap’s western region.



An industry veteran with 25 years experience, Loubet has closed more than 75 shopping center transactions valued at more than $500 million. He has served as the big-box leasing specialist for the western region with General Growth Properties and as VP investments, with Regency Centers, where he acquired and developed grocery-anchored neighborhood and community shopping centers.
