Marcus & Millichap makes exec announcements

Philadelphia Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services said it has named Dean Zang to the position of VP investments.

Most recently, Zang was an associate VP investments for the firm.

In related news, Marcus & Millichap said it hired Bill G. Jordan as senior associate in the Fort Worth office.

In this position, Jordan will broker the sale of retail investment properties.  Most recently, he was a partner at a Tarrant County, Texas-based commercial real estate firm that specialized in land, retail and office properties.
