Mandee brings new concept to Chicago

3/11/2010

Totowa, N.J. Fast-fashion retail chain Mandee is testing a new store concept in Chicago at the Harlem Irving Plaza Mall. The location is slated to open on Friday.

The concept, which has already launched in Clifton, N.J., features a dynamic, bright, open shopping environment, and a shiny white runway that can change from a display to stage, to runway in minutes. The store also features music and videos playing on large monitors.

The 6,000-sq.-ft. location aims to create a high-energy retail environment makes customers “feel like celebrities.”

This is Mandee’s second Chicago store.
