Make-your-own pizza chain to make New York debut

PizzaRev, a fast-casual pizza concept backed by Buffalo Wild Wings, announced its first locations in New York.



New York is one of five new states that PizzaRev will enter this year, including Massachusetts, Nevada, Ohio, and Tennessee. The company will also make its international debut in Mexico shortly after opening in New York. There are currently more than 150 additional PizzaRev restaurants in various stages of development across the United States and Mexico.



PizzaRev will make its New York debut on March 31, 2016 in Syosset. It will be followed by locations at the Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream, the Tanger Outlets in Deer Park, and Motor Parkway in Hauppauge.



PizzaRev is a "build-your-own" fast-casual pizza concept that allows customers to fully customize a personal-sized 11" pizza for one price, choosing from homemade dough options, flavorful sauces, all-natural cheeses, and more than 30 artisanal toppings. The pizzas are then fired in a 900-degree, stone-bed oven which produces a thin and crispy Roman-style pizza in just three minutes. The company was founded in 2012 and currently operates 31 locations.
