Macerich's Vita At Tysons Corner Center receives 2015 Award for Excellence

McLean, Va. -- Macerich announced that VITA, the new, luxury 30-story residential tower at the mixed-use urban expansion for Tysons Corner in McLean, Virginia, has received the 2015 Award for Excellence from Delta Associates.



This marks the fourth major industry honor for mixed-use expansion at Tysons Corner Center, which includes Tysons Tower, the 22-story trophy office building, the 300-room Hyatt Regency hotel and the upscale, 429-unit VITA – all linked by a central elevated Plaza that connects live music, restaurants and shopping to a dedicated stop on the new Metro Silver Line.



VITA, which opened in May as the last element of Tysons' current expansion, is 42% leased.
