The Lofts CityCentre opens in Houston

Houston Real estate development and investment firm Midway Cos. said Tuesday that The Lofts CityCentre is now open, consisting of 250 urban rental residences situated above retail and restaurant components.

CityCentre is a $500 million mixed-use development that spans 1.8 million sq. ft. Components include upscale retail shops, fine dining, state-of-the art offices, metropolitan homes and world-class hospitality on 37 acres in Houston.
