Town Center home to retailers such as New York & Co., Marshall’s, Men’s Wearhouse, Publix and Shaq's 24 Hour Fitness, remains open during the construction of the additional phase. This portion of the Town Center underwent an expansive external renovation to incorporate Mediterranean-themed elements of the development’s new design.
