Local Collection to open at Faneuil Hall Marketplace

Boston Local Collection opened a second location on May 1 in the South Market Building of Faneuil Hall Marketplace, in Boston. The boutique, a first-time collaboration between local designers and a regional shopping center, showcases apparel, accessories, jewelry and home decor from emerging local Boston-area designers.

“Local Collection provides local designers and artists the chance to shine and start a retail business without the up-front costs of owning their own store, while at the same time providing a unique retail concept to the Marketplace and its visitors,” said Rebecca Stoddard, marketing manager at Faneuil Hall Marketplace. 

Nearly 30 designers are launching the store.

Located in the heart of downtown Boston, Faneuil Hall Marketplace features more than 75 shops, and a variety of food concepts.
