Lineup of new tenants to open at LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch

Katy, Texas Houston-based Vista Equities Group and Denver-based Amstar Group announced that several new tenants will soon be opening at their LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch mixed-use town center development in Katy (Houston), Texas.

New retailers include Berripop Frozen Yogurt, Fit N Fresh Gourmet, Otto’s Deluxe Grille and Paper Lane Stationary and Gifts too!

Relocating business offices to LaCenterra include Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, the Law Office of Scott P. Callahan, P.C. and Woodco Fund Management.

Berripop will open a 1,540-sq.-ft. frozen yogurt shop in September, Fit N Fresh will open a 2,000-sq.-ft. specialty food store in mid-October, and Otto’s Barbecue and Hamburgers will open a new, 2,648-sq.-ft. restaurant called Otto’s Deluxe Grille in late October.

Paper Lane Stationery and Gifts too! will open a 1,475-sq.-ft. in late September.
