Levin names construction exec

North Plainfield, N.J. Levin Management Corp. announced it has named Steven Barthel VP construction, charged with overseeing all construction activities with the firm’s retail portfolio of more than 12.5 million sq. ft.

Among the current projects for Levin Management is a major renovation, repositioning and re-tenanting underway at Post Road Plaza, a 268,000-sq. ft. shopping center anchored by Fairway Market, Modell's, Dress Barn and AJ Wright in Pelham Manor, N.Y.
