Levin named leasing agent for Hillsborough Plaza

Hillsborough, N.J. Levin Management Corp. said it has been named leasing agent for Hillsborough Plaza, a 52,326-sq.-ft. shopping center in Hillsborough, N.J.

The focus of the assignment, said Levin, is to replace Cost Cutters, the former anchor that was shuttered as part of the closure of its parent, Drug Fair.

The former Cost Cutters' space totals 22,144 sq. ft., and other tenants at the property include Buy Rite Liquors, L&L Fitness Center, Allstate Insurance and two popular local sit-down restaurants.
