Levin hires new construction and development chief
Thor Equities construction veteran Maxin Gagneron has joined Levin Management Corporation as VP of construction and development, LMC president Matthew Harding announced.
Gagneron spent 12 years at Thor and five years at Skanska USA Building, where he managed the construction of projects ranging up to $7 billion in value. The hold of a degree in construction management from Purdue joins LMC from Normandy Real Estate Partners.
“Levin Management’s culture of teamwork and client-focused approach were attractive to me,” Gagneron said.
At LMC, Gagneron will oversee all construction and development activities within the company’s 100-property portfolio.
