Levin completes repositioning of Capitol Plaza

Bangor, Pa. Levin Management Corp., the leasing and managing agent for Capitol Plaza in Bangor, Pa., said it has leased the last available unit at the center to CPA Tax Center, bringing the neighborhood shopping center to 100% occupancy.

Capitol Plaza initially was built in the 1960s to house an Acme Supermarket and a McCrory/Newberry variety store. Levin over the past several years has expanded, renovated and retenanted the now second-generation retail property to meet modern consumer needs. This includes the conversion of the former Acme space to accommodate Ace Hardware, and the construction of the freestanding Rite Aid with drive-through service.
