Lands’s End “pops up” with 8,000-sq.-ft. store

The Lands' End experience has arrived in the SoHo section of Manhattan.



Lands' End opened an 8,000-sq.-ft., two-floor temporary store, at 580 Broadway, featuring men's, women's and kids' apparel, footwear and accessories from the fall, holiday and winter along with a variety of personalization services and experiences.



The store, which will open until February 15, 2017, offers on-site personalization, with the service available for nearly every item, from monogramming totes and sweaters to adding embroidery to fleece throws or gloves. There will also be on-site heat stamping for leather items including gloves, belts and handbags. A gift shop will be added in time for the holiday season featuring a curated collection of gift merchandise.



In other highlights, shoppers can relax and recharge electronics in a lounge space that includes recharging stations. The store also promises sweet treats and hot cocoa.
