Kohl’s opens at The Fountains

Plantation, Fla. Developers Diversified Realty Corp. said Monday that Kohl’s has opened at The Fountains, a 477,343-sq.-ft. community shopping center in Plantation, Fla.

“The Fountains is providing the area’s growing population with additional retail choices,” said David Dieterle, senior VP of leasing-southern region for Developers Diversified. “Kohl’s is an excellent addition to our shopping center and will complement the tenant mix very well.”

Other tenants at The Fountains include Marshalls/HomeGoods, Jos. A. Banks, Avenue, and a selection of specialty shops and restaurants.
