Kohl’s and Developers Diversified partner to open 8 locations

Beachwood, Ohio Developers Diversified Realty Corp. said Tuesday that eight new Kohl's stores totaling approximately 600,000 sq. ft. have opened in Plantation, Fla.; Clovis, Northridge, San Diego and Ukiah, Calif.; and Carson City and two locations in Las Vegas, Nev.

Kohl's is a top-five tenant in Developers Diversified's portfolio, representing 41 locations totaling nearly 3.4 million sq. ft.
