KeyPoint Partners adds 8 property management assignments

Burlington, Mass. KeyPoint Partners, LLC, said it has been awarded eight new property management assignments in seven eastern states. With the addition of these new assignments, KeyPoint Partners now provides services for assets totaling more than 25 million sq. ft. in the eastern United States.

The assignments include retail, office and industrial properties; the retail properties include Beaver Creek Commons in Apex, N.C. (near Raleigh), Mt. Nebo Pointe Park in Pittsburgh, Centerton Square Shops in Mount Laurel, N.J., and Wampanoag Plaza in East Providence, R.I.
