KeyPoint on hunt for Hollywood Tans sites

Burlington, Mass. KeyPoint Partners said Tuesday it is representing the largest Hollywood Tans franchisee, seeking several retail locations for tanning salons in Western Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire.

Hollywood Tans has over 300 salons nationwide, and the local franchisee is the largest within the Hollywood Tans organization.

The chain is seeking 1,600-sq.-ft. to 2,300-sq.-ft. sites with 20-ft. minimum frontage. Formats under consideration include downtowns, urban centers, power centers, lifestyle centers, neighborhood centers, college communities with high daytime population and low median age.
