JTRE Holdings Acquires Retail Co-op in Soho

JTRE Holdings announced it purchased the cooperative shares of the ground floor retail portion of 349 W Broadway in Soho, New York. Adding to its rapidly growing portfolio of commercial and mixed-use assets, the property was acquired for $5 million.

Located on Soho’s premier shopping corridor, between Grand and Broome Streets, the space has 2,000 sq. ft. at grade level with more than 20 feet of frontage.



“An opportunity came up off-market for retail in Soho and we had to move very quickly,” states Jack Terzi, founder and CEO of JTRE Holdings. “Our tenants all want to be in Soho. We view this as a long-term asset.”
