Jones Lang LaSalle wins AMC Entertainment assignment

Chicago Jones Lang LaSalle announced Friday that it has been assigned as the exclusive transaction manager, in the states of California and Washington, for AMC Entertainment, headquartered in Kansas City, Mo.

As the transaction manager, Jones Lang LaSalle’s Corporate Retail Solutions team will source potential sites in California and Washington for any new AMC theater locations.

“Jones Lang LaSalle will work as an extension of AMC’s development team providing local market expertise to assist in the real estate decision making process,” said Craig Killman, senior VP Jones Lang LaSalle.
