Jones Lang LaSalle to lease, manage Minneapolis shopping center

Atlanta Jones Lang LaSalle has been selected as exclusive leasing and managing agent for Calhoun Square, a 160,000-sq.-ft. shopping center in Minneapolis.

“Calhoun Square is well located on tone of the busiest intersections in the area,” said Greg Maloney, president and CEO of Jones Lang LaSalle Retail. “It is an extremely popular shopping, dining and entertainment destination and an important cornerstone of the community.”

Todd Karlen of Jones Lang LaSalle will direct leasing efforts at Calhoun Square while Ken Seifert leads the management team. Calhoun Square boasts a unique mix of local and national shops and numerous dining options, as well as an LA Fitness center. The mall is undergoing redevelopment and expanding by 40,000 sq. ft. for more shops and restaurants. A vertical component has also been entitled for Phase III.
