Jones Lang LaSalle hires senior exec to bolster open-air retail division

Atlanta Jones Lang LaSalle said it has hired Steve Yenser as executive VP director of open-air in the company’s retail division.

Yenser will be responsible for growing the firm’s open-air and lifestyle practice and servicing existing clients in key markets, said the company. Jones Lang LaSalle began servicing the open-air retail sector in 2007 and today manages 93 open-air properties totaling more than 11 million sq. ft. of space.

Yenser joins Jones Lang LaSalle from Cousins Properties where he most recently ran the firm’s retail practice.
