Joe the Jeweler to open at First State Plaza

Stanton, Del. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased retail space in Stanton, Del., at First State Plaza to Joe the Jeweler.

Joe the Jeweler has leased 1,200 sq. ft. for its ninth location. The tenant is slated to open this fall.

The 164,779-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by Shop Rite, alongside Great Clips, McDonald’s and GameStop.
