JLL names new management team at The Palms at Town & Country

Miami Jones Lang LaSalle announced Wednesday a new management team for The Palms at Town & Country shopping center.

According to JLL, Joy Medlock is the new general manager and Annette Alvarez has been appointed operations manager.

Medlock joined The Palms team in May 2009. In her new role as general manager, Medlock will be responsible for administrating the center’s multi-million dollar budget and will oversee accounting, maintenance, tenant relations, risk management and property improvements.

Annette Alvarez started at The Palms Town & Country in June 2009. In her role as operations manager, Alvarez oversees the operating systems for both the shopping center and the Professional Arts Center.

In addition to Medlock and Alvarez, Suzie Castellon joined The Palms management team on Nov. 2 as the office manager.

The Palms at Town & Country is managed by Jones Lang LaSalle. As a third-party service provider, Jones Lang LaSalle Retail manages the largest retail portfolio in the country, with a 51 million-sq.-ft. portfolio consisting of 130 regional malls, strip centers, power centers, lifestyle centers, ground-up development projects, mixed-use centers and transportation terminals across 31 states.
